The are more soft aspects than hard aspects, in the US trading session. There is a soft focus from 5:23-5:53pm GMT (1:23-1:53pm EST). The is also a little soft focus from 7:55-8:09pm GMT (02:55-05:09pm EST). These soft aspects make it a lot easier for the markets to go up, than down.

Hard focus around Noon GMT will drop futures, but softs build up as US opens. Fed days are notoriously flat. Fed announcement at 18:15 GMT is just after the soft aspect focus in the previous hour, so if they do raise rates, then the soft aspects will take the markets up, or at least make it difficult to go down for a little while, until the hards bring it down later in that hour.
