Comparing US Aspects for 22 and 23 January 2008

If you look at the aspects for 22 Jan and then for 23 Jan, you will see that there are more soft aspects on 22 Jan and more hard aspects for 23 Jan.

The Fed should have reduced the rates on 23rd.
