If you compare the aspects when US market was trading yesterday to today, you will see that today there are more hard aspects in focus around 4pm GMT or 11am EST, and that is the only big move.
Just before the Fed announcement, there are a couple of soft aspects, and that will raise the market a bit. The Fed announcement is at 7:15pm GMT or 2:15pm EST, and there is just one hard aspects at 7:17pm GMT or 2:17pm EST, and there is a long period of no aspects. No big deal. Gaps occur in aspects, and trading is flat after an initial move. In this case the move will be up, albeit a small up, just after the hard at 7:17pm GMT or 2:17pm EST. So if the market moves in a big way, it is not because of the aspects.
